The crypto was allegedly sent to Ukraine’s military with the intent to “purchase weapons, ammunition, and uniforms,” according to state-owned Russian outlet Izvestia. Russia’s top intelligence agency, the Federal Security Service (FSB), shared a video of the arrest on Wednesday.
